We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Margot Fassler in conversation with Eya’s director Allison Mondel for this livestream event.

Dr. Fassler is a world-renowned scholar in the field medieval music. We will speak about the roles of women within that world, including unique compositional voices, such as Hildegard von Bingen, as well as women’s participation in music-making.

The conversation will also feature Dr. Fassler’s work modeling the cosmos of Hildegard’s great visionary work, Scivias.

We will follow the talk with a Q&A with our audience, and your questions are most welcome.

This event will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
